The great firewall of China
As the 20th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre looms (Thursday is the day) Chinese users are denied by government officials access to several Internet features such as Blogger, Flickr, Twitter, Livejournal, Tumblr, the Huffington Post and Microsoft’s Live.com, among others. Another ill-planned attempt to control the coverage of the week’s events, obviously knowing it will not be in favor of the politics in place. Freedom of speech out the window, again.
